FAV Air Headers & Air Distribution Manifolds
FAV Air Headers and Air Distribution Manifolds provide centralized distribution and individual isolation of instrument air, pneumatic signals, and purge gases in process plants. Designed as an integrated substitute for bulky field-fabricated multiple-valve piping assemblies, each FAV manifold features a precision-welded main header pipe (1" to 4" NPS in Sch 10 to Sch 160) equipped with up to 24 take-off ports fitted with high-integrity miniature ball valves or needle valves, end drain valves, and safety lockout plugs.
Custom Port Configurations: Available from 4-way up to 24-way outlet distribution (single or dual opposing rows)
Main Pipe Sizes: 1", 1-1/2", 2", 3", and 4" NPS (DN 25 to DN 100) in Schedules 10, 40, 80, and 160
Inlet Connections: Flanged ASME B16.5 Class 150/300/600, Ball Valve, Needle Valve, or Female/Male NPT / BSPP / BSPT
Outlet Valves: Integrated 1/4", 3/8", or 1/2" FAV Stainless Steel Ball Valves (1000 PSI) or Needle Valves (6000 PSI)

Installation & Operation Notes
Mount manifold horizontally with drain valve positioned at bottom center or end for complete moisture drainage.
Ensure all unused outlet ports are fitted with hex safety plugs before pressurizing the pneumatic system.
Product Engineering & Advantages
FAV Air Headers streamline plant instrumentation layouts by eliminating complex site-welded manifolds. By providing a single point of supply for pneumatic actuators, positioners, transmitters, and purge systems, they reduce leak points, simplify maintenance isolation, and substantially lower installation labor costs.
Every manifold undergoes automated precision TIG welding with full root penetration, followed by internal passivation and ultrasonic cleaning to prevent particulate contamination in sensitive pneumatic instrumentation loops.
Compact, space-saving design with customized center-to-center port spacing to fit tight control racks and analyzer shelters
Optional mounting brackets and U-bolt assemblies for rigid wall or structural steel framework installation
Valves can be color-coded with customized handle locking plates (padlockable) for safety compliance
Drain port situated at lowest point ensures complete removal of condensate buildup in compressed air lines
