The NOSHOK 900 Series Liquid Filled Pressure Gauges are engineered for demanding environments where severe pulsation, mechanical vibration, and pressure spikes occur. Featuring glycerin liquid filling that lubricates the movement and dampens pointer oscillation, these gauges are offered with impact-resistant ABS or durable 304 Stainless Steel cases in 1-1/2", 2", 2-1/2", and 4" dial sizes with vacuum and positive pressure ranges up to 15,000 psi.

Operating notes
Dynamic working pressure should not exceed 60% of full scale; static working pressure should not exceed 90% of full scale.
Glycerin liquid filling eliminates pointer flutter and extends service life in high-vibration applications.
Optional restrictors protect sensing elements from damaging fluid spikes and hydraulic hammer.
Product Description
The NOSHOK 900 Series liquid filled pressure gauges deliver dependable, steady readings in systems subjected to severe pump pulsations and mechanical machine vibrations. The glycerin fill protects internal movement gears from premature wear while suppressing pointer flutter.
Available in both impact-resistant ABS cases (with integral safety relief plug) and rugged 304 stainless steel cases with bottom or center back connections. Dial configurations include single psi scales as well as dual psi/bar, psi/kPa, and psi/kg/cm² scales.
Factory liquid filled with pure glycerin (GY40) for immediate vibration and pulsation absorption
Ultrasonically welded acrylic lens on ABS models; durable polycarbonate lens on stainless models
Brass and nylon movement with highly polished bearing surfaces for extended service life
Bottom connection and center back connection with optional panel mount clamps and front flanges
Safety relief plug prevents overpressurization of case enclosure

Operating Notes
Working Pressure Limitations: Dynamic pressure should be limited to 60% of dial range; Static pressure (no sharp fluctuations) should be limited to 90% of dial range.
Temperature shift: For every 18°F (10°C) shift from calibration temperature, user can experience up to ±0.4% additional error.
Liquid filling effectively dampens mechanical shocks, extends component life, and prevents condensation inside the dial casing.
Cleaning for Oxygen Service (O2) is available only for special dry or Halocarbon filled gauges.
Panel mount clamps and front flanges allow clean, secure installation into control consoles and hydraulic power units.
Optional restrictor orifices (0.3 mm press fit, 0.5 mm or 0.8 mm threaded) provide additional protection against hydraulic water hammer and pulsation spikes.
