The NOSHOK All Non-Metallic Diaphragm Seal & Pressure Transmitter/Switch Assembly combines the high-precision PTI15 Series Intelligent Indicating Pressure Transmitter/Switch with the proven Type 5 100% Non-Metallic Diaphragm Seal in a factory-assembled, vacuum-filled package. Engineered specifically for chemical dosing skids, municipal water disinfection, and wastewater treatment, this modern solid-state solution directly replaces heavy analog mechanical pressure gauges paired with separate mechanical pressure switches and metal chemical seals. With zero moving mechanical parts to wear or vibrate out of calibration, it delivers exceptional repeatability, durability, and operational longevity on aggressive media such as sodium hypochlorite, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and caustic soda. The assembly features a bright, 330° rotatable 14-segment digital display, continuous 4-20 mA or 0-10 V analog outputs, IO-Link digital communication, and dual programmable solid-state alarm switches for automated metering pump shut-off and high/low pressure interlocks. An optional AC-to-DC Retrofit Package with a 10A @ 250 VAC solid-state relay in a NEMA 4X DIN-rail enclosure enables seamless integration into legacy 110/240 VAC pump control panels.

The NOSHOK All Non-Metallic Diaphragm Seal & Pressure Transmitter/Switch Assembly provides an all-in-one solid-state modernization package for municipal and industrial chemical feed skids. Traditional chemical feed installations rely on cumbersome mechanical dial gauges, mechanical pressure switches, and bulky metal chemical seals—a combination prone to Bourdon tube fatigue, switch setpoint drift, and potential chemical leak paths.
By integrating the intelligent NOSHOK PTI15 digital transmitter/switch directly onto a 100% non-metallic Type 5 diaphragm seal, this assembly delivers local continuous digital pressure indication, high-speed analog transmission (4-20 mA or 0-10 V), and dual independent solid-state alarm contacts in a compact, vibration-proof footprint. Chemical attack from bleach (sodium hypochlorite), sulfuric acid, or ferric chloride is completely prevented by virgin PTFE-wetted surfaces and inert polymer housings.

Operating & Retrofit Notes
AC Chemical Feed Integration: When replacing older 120 VAC mechanical switches, use the optional AC-to-DC Retrofit Package. This package converts incoming 110/240 VAC line power to 24 Vdc for the transmitter and routes the alarm output through a robust 10A @ 250 VAC relay to cycle chemical dosing pumps directly.
Seal Integrity: The seal and transmitter are vacuum-filled and sealed at the factory with high-grade silicone fill fluid. Never loosen or separate the instrument from the seal assembly.
Display Orientation: Loosen the threaded collar to rotate the display head up to 330° for optimal readability in tight chemical metering skids.
Programmable hysteresis and window switching modes eliminate pump chatter around pressure setpoints.
IO-Link communication allows remote parameter configuration and predictive diagnostics from PLC/SCADA.
