The NOSHOK PTI15 Series solves field mounting and sightline challenges through an innovative dual-rotation mechanical design. The bright 4-digit 14-segment red LED display module rotates more than 300° around the vertical axis, while the electrical connector can be oriented independently.

This mechanical flexibility ensures that operators maintain clear, upright visibility of live process pressure, engineering units, and switching alarm states regardless of whether the transmitter is mounted upright, inverted, or at an obscure angle on complex machine manifolds.

7 Flexible Switching & Analog Output Architectures

With 7 factory output configurations, the PTI15 functions as an all-in-one process sensor, high/low pressure switch, and continuous analog transmitter. Users can select between pure dual-switch models, combined single-switch with 4-20 mA or 0-10 Vdc analog loops, or dual-switch configurations with active analog output via a 5-pin M12 connector.

The analog output features 5:1 turndown capability, allowing users to rescale the full span to match narrower operating windows without purchasing specialized sub-range transmitters. The solid-state transistor switches (PNP or NPN) deliver 250 mA continuous switching capacity with adjustable hysteresis, window comparator mode, and switch delay damping.

Engineering Selection & Installation Guidelines

For configurations featuring dual switching outputs plus an analog loop (Options 4, 5, or 7), specify the 5-pin M12 x 1 electrical connector (Code 48). Standard configurations with single switch or dual pure switches utilize the 4-pin M12 x 1 connector (Code 25).

For applications with severe hydraulic pulsation, water hammer, or rapid cyclic pressure shocks, specify the optional integrated 0.8 mm snubber orifice (Option ST8) to protect the internal sensing diaphragm from fatigue.
