ASME B16.5 Long Weld Neck Raised Face Flanges (LWNRF)
Skyland Long Weld Neck Flanges (LWNRF) are single-piece forged nozzles featuring an extended, heavy-walled straight cylindrical barrel. Specially engineered for pressure vessel, heat exchanger, and refinery reactor nozzles, they replace standard flange-plus-pipe welded assemblies, reducing weld inspections and reinforcing the vessel shell penetration.
Manufactured to ASME / ANSI B16.5 and custom vessel engineering drawings
Pressure Classes: Class 150, 300, 600, 900, 1500, and 2500 LBS
