Skyland Male and Female Flanges (M&F) operate as an interlocking pair. One flange features a raised area beyond the normal flange face (Male), while the mating flange features a corresponding recess (Female). The gasket sits precisely within the female recess, preventing gasket displacement during bolt torque-up and guaranteeing positive joint alignment.
Manufactured to ASME / ANSI B16.5 Large Male-Female (LMF) and Small Male-Female (SMF) standards
