611 Series Small Diameter Submersible Level Transmitters
The NOSHOK 611 Series Small Diameter Submersible Level Transmitter delivers continuous hydrostatic liquid level measurement in slim boreholes, deep groundwater monitoring wells, standpipes, and municipal lift stations. Featuring an ultra-compact 0.87" (22 mm) outer diameter, the 611 Series fits easily into 1" inner-diameter wells. Available with standard 4 mA to 20 mA 2-wire output, digital HART® protocol with 5:1 turndown, low-power voltage outputs for remote solar/battery telemetry, and dual outputs for simultaneous level and media temperature monitoring. Built with a 316L Stainless Steel body (optional 318LN Duplex SS & Hastelloy® C-276 sensor), protective PVDF nosecone, heavy-duty vented polyurethane or FEP cable with Kevlar strain relief, and advanced 10 kA lightning protection.
Ultra-compact 0.87" (22 mm) outer diameter designed specifically for small-diameter boreholes, wells, and standpipes
Continuous hydrostatic level measurement with pressure ranges from 0-50 inH2O up to 0-100 psig (230.8 ftH2O) and absolute ranges
5:1 digital turndown capability with optional HART® communication protocol for flexible re-ranging in the field
Low power voltage output (0.1 Vdc to 2.5 Vdc) designed for solar-powered and battery-operated remote telemetry units (RTUs)

Low power 0.1-2.5 Vdc output enables years of autonomous battery and solar telemetry operation.
Product Description
The NOSHOK 611 Series Submersible Level Transmitter provides highly accurate, long-term hydrostatic level measurement in deep, narrow boreholes, monitoring wells, reservoirs, and lift stations. Its slim 0.87" (22 mm) cylindrical profile allows smooth deployment inside standard 1" schedule 40/80 well casings without snagging.
Equipped with an advanced piezoresistive silicon sensor isolated behind a 316L stainless steel diaphragm, the 611 Series accurately translates hydrostatic liquid column height into a robust output signal. An atmospheric reference vent tube integrated inside the shielded cable automatically compensates for barometric pressure fluctuations.
Slimline profile fits 1" monitoring wells, standpipes, and constricted boreholes
Optional HART® protocol provides digital interrogation, calibration adjustments, and 5:1 range turndown
Dual-channel outputs allow telemetry systems to capture water level and aquifer temperature simultaneously
Heavy-duty vented polyurethane or FEP cable with integral Kevlar tensile member supports long vertical drops
Built-in 10 kA surge suppressor protects electronics from lightning strikes in outdoor exposed basins and wellheads

Operating Notes
Ensure the atmospheric vent tube inside the cable remains unobstructed and dry; use a desiccant cartridge or NEMA 4X junction box (JB option) at the surface termination.
For deep wells with high flow or turbulence, the weighted nosecone (W option) provides extra ballast to keep the transmitter plumb.
When pulling or suspending the transmitter, secure by the cable clamp (CBC) without exceeding the minimum cable bend radius of 1.5 inches.
Vented cable automatically offsets barometric weather changes for true hydrostatic depth.
Low power 0.1-2.5 Vdc option draws minimal standby current for multi-year battery deployments.
HART® enabled units allow remote calibration, zero offset adjustment, and diagnostic polling.
