The NOSHOK 613 Series Submersible Level Transmitter is specifically engineered for severe-service hydrostatic level measurement in viscous, slurry, sludge, and debris-laden applications such as municipal lift stations, sewage treatment wet wells, storm canals, and industrial wastewater basins. It features a heavy-duty 316 Stainless Steel cage assembly with a large 3.75" (95 mm) diameter active sensing area that protects the sensing diaphragm from rags, rocks, and settling solids while preventing fouling and plugging. Offering standard ±0.25% BFSL accuracy (optional ±0.125% BFSL) across measuring spans from 0-5 psi (11.55 ftH2O) up to 0-300 psi (693 ftH2O), the 613 Series delivers reliable 4-20 mA 2-wire or 0-5 Vdc, 0-10 Vdc, and 0.5-2.5 Vdc analog outputs. Equipped with submersible vented polyurethane (PUR) or chemical-grade FEP cable, internal Kevlar strain relief, RFI/EMI/ESD suppression, and options for integrated PT100 RTD temperature sensors, lightning surge protection (1.5 J), lifting rings, and NEMA 4X desiccant junction boxes.

The NOSHOK 613 Series Cage-Protected Submersible Level Transmitter is purpose-built for harsh wastewater, slurry, and sludge monitoring where conventional submersible probes are vulnerable to clogging and physical damage. The rugged 316 stainless steel bird cage provides a wide standoff and large non-fouling opening, shielding the flush diaphragm from floating solids, fibrous rags, rocks, and thick sediments while maintaining unrestricted hydrostatic pressure transmission.
Each transmitter incorporates a precision piezoresistive sensing element with advanced temperature compensation, delivering exceptional measurement repeatability in outdoor storm canals and underground lift stations. The heavy 3.2 lb stainless steel structure provides natural ballast to keep the probe stably submerged during turbulent inflow conditions, and the integrated vent tube ensures continuous barometric equilibrium.

Operating Notes
The large 316 SS protective cage prevents solids from touching the sensing diaphragm, making it ideal for direct suspension in raw sewage lift stations, storm canals, and slurry tanks.
Always terminate the vented cable in a dry NEMA 4X junction box (JB) equipped with a desiccant cartridge (DC) or filter element (FE) to keep the internal atmospheric reference tube free of moisture.
Use the optional Lifting Ring (LR) or cable clamp (CBC) for secure mechanical suspension without exerting strain on the electrical conductors.
Heavy 3.2 lb body weight resists fluid turbulence and avoids the need for secondary anchor weights.
