The NOSHOK PTI10 Series Intelligent Pressure Transmitter delivers cutting-edge digital connectivity and high-accuracy pressure measurement designed for smart factory automation, machine building, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Featuring bidirectional IO-Link v1.1.4 (COM3 / COM2) communication, the PTI10 enables digitized process telemetry, remote parameter configuration, and continuous predictive diagnostics. Equipped with 1 or 2 configurable PNP solid-state switching outputs (up to 250 mA per channel) with adjustable hysteresis, window, and delay functions, it provides direct local interlocking alongside its digital communication channel. Next-Generation Industry 4.0 Digital Integration
The NOSHOK PTI10 Series bridges the gap between conventional analog field instrumentation and modern smart digital architectures. Utilizing IO-Link v1.1.4, the transmitter streams continuous, lossless digital pressure values directly to IO-Link masters and upper-level PLC/SCADA control systems without requiring A/D converter scaling.
In addition to high-speed process data transmission, bidirectional communication enables remote parameterization (switch points, reset points, hysteresis, window boundaries, and digital damping filters) and automatic device replacement via master parameter server backup. Built-in diagnostic functions monitor operational hours, peak minimum/maximum pressure records, overpressure alarms, and sensor health in real time.
Intelligent Switching Functions & 360° Optical Diagnostics
Designed for demanding industrial control tasks, the PTI10 integrates 1 or 2 high-capacity solid-state PNP transistors rated up to 250 mA with full short-circuit and overcurrent protection. Each switching channel can be independently parameterized as Normally Open (NO) or Normally Closed (NC), operating in standard hysteresis mode or window comparator mode with customizable turn-on and turn-off delays (0.00 to 50.00 s).
An integrated 360° circular LED ring provides instant visual verification of operating states across the plant floor: steady green confirms normal operation and IO-Link communication, bright yellow signals an energized switch state, and flashing/steady red alerts maintenance teams to diagnostic warnings or over-range faults.
Rugged Mechanical Construction & Overpressure Protection
Engineered for heavy-duty operating environments, the PTI10 is housed in a compact, hermetically sealed 316L stainless steel enclosure rated IP65/IP67. High-grade piezoresistive and ceramic sensing elements provide outstanding thermal stability and cycle life exceeding 100 million pressure cycles.
The unit withstands proof pressures up to 3x (or 1,500 bar maximum) and burst pressures up to 4x rated span, ensuring complete integrity during aggressive hydraulic pressure spikes and water hammer phenomena. For extreme pulsation applications, an integrated 0.8 mm snubber orifice (ST8) can be specified.

When installing the PTI10 Series, ensure proper pinout configuration for M12 x 1 (4-pin) wiring (Pin 1: L+ 15-30 Vdc, Pin 3: L- 0 Vdc, Pin 4: C/Q1 IO-Link or Switch 1, Pin 2: Q2 Switch 2). For applications subject to extreme mechanical shocks or aggressive washdowns, choose the all-metal M12 welded connector (Option 25M, shock rated to 1,000g).
