ANSI / ASME B16.5 Ring Type Joint Flanges (RTJ)
Skyland Ring Type Joint (RTJ) Flanges are engineered for severe high-pressure (up to 2500# / 420 bar) and high-temperature hydrocarbon services. The flange face features a precision machined trapezoidal groove designed to house an octagonal or oval solid metallic ring gasket (ASME B16.20). Bolting pressure coin-seals metal-to-metal, creating an indestructible leak-proof barrier.
Manufactured to ANSI / ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47, and API 6A standards
Pressure Classes: Class 300, 600, 900, 1500, and 2500 LBS (API 2000 to 15000 psi)
Sizes: 1/2" to 36" NB (DN 15 to DN 900)
